2. Product Information

  • All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur and are considered normal.

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact matches due to differences in screen displays and production methods.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Orders begin production immediately and therefore cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or customer error.

  • The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or defective.

    • Customers must contact us at TheBasedBerserker@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the order number.

    • Verified claims will result in a replacement item at no cost.

    • If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on TheBasedBerserker.com are the exclusive property of The Based Berserker and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
