Processing time typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Because items are made-to-order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted.
2. Shipping Times & Carriers

Once processed, orders are shipped directly from Printify’s fulfillment partners.

Average shipping times:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after production

International orders: 7–21 business days after production (depending on destination and customs)

Carriers vary by fulfillment location and may include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local couriers.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available from the fulfillment partner).

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at TheBasedBerserker@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement item at no cost to you.
