Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheBasedBerserker.com. Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Because every product is custom-created for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than damage during shipping. Please read our policy carefully:

No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

    • Customer error in order details

    • Delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because all items are printed immediately after purchase, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before confirming checkout.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
